It’s the final day of camp. You are surrounded by nearly empty bags of marshmallows and the remnants of packets of Graham crackers. After an incredible weekend of camping, crafting, and marshmallow-toasting, you can’t summon the energy to sandwich together one more s’more…

Don’t despair, camper! The S’morecuterie (as in S’more charcuterie) is a perfect and super easy way to use up your last camp supplies.

Step One: Gather your ingredients

  • Marshmallows
  • Chocolate
  • Trail mix
  • Fruit
  • Crackers/cookies
  • Dipping sauces like peanut butter or marshmallow fluff

Get all your favourite camp treats in one place. Make sure to have a mix of different flavours and textures – sweet and salty, soft and crunchy, all are welcome here! The possibilities are endless, but here are some suggestions:

Step Two: Make it aesthetic

Choose the perfect plate or board and get creative with your plating. Will you go for an elegant style? Something troop-themed? Or perhaps you’ll even recreate IGGPPCamp in snack form!

We can’t wait to see your S’morecuterie creations. Share them in the Mess Hall and on social media at @geekgirlpenpals and @IGGPPCamp!
