Ready for more s’mores?! I went crazy and made a candy bark inspired by s’mores… melted chocolate and a bunch of classic s’mores ingredients. Now let’s get to it… time for s’mores bark!

Supplies

  • graham crackers
  • chocolate chips
  • mini marshmallows
  • peanuts (optional)

Instructions

Break up graham crackers by putting them in a ziploc bag and smashing them with a rolling pin.

Place a piece of wax paper on a baking sheet.

Melt you chocolate chips by placing them in a bowl on top of a pot of boiling water. I find the double boiler method is the best way to melt chocolate and prevents burning the chocolate. Continue stirring the chocolate chips until smooth and completely melted.

Once chocolate is melted, pour onto wax paper and spread it out.

Sprinkle graham cracker bits over chocolate, then mini marshmallows, leftover chocolate chips, and peanuts. The peanuts are optional but I thought they’d add some nice crunch and salt to all the sweetness.

Put baking sheet in the refrigerator for chocolate to harden.

Once chocolate is hardened (after at least 1 hour), break bark into pieces.

Enjoy!

Feel free to change up the toppings on the bark – sprinkles, flavoured marshmallows, broken cookie pieces, whatever you want! Or go classic s’more!
