Today’s the last day for Iggle Fitness Boot Camp and it has been an absolute blast! We want to go out with a bang, so today’s challenge is to dance your socks off and shake your tail feathers! We want you to find the cheesiest music you can find (seriously, the cheesier the better) and dance all around your house/garden. Bonus points if you make your partner/housemate/child/fur baby join in!

To complete level one today all we ask is 10 minutes of boogying and level two is a full 20 minutes.  The pictures we want to see today are of your play list, what songs have you chosen to listen to? Don’t forget to use the hash tags #IGGPPCamp and #IggleFitness

Going forward, we also wanted something for you to make so you can keep and hopefully keep up with a healthy routine. All you need is a notebook of your own choice and you can decorate it any way you like to make it more interesting.Keeping track of what exercise you do each day (and what you eat if you wish) is a really good incentive to do something to ensure you have something to write down.

How you do it is entirely up to you, but how we do it is to start the notebook with our measurements and weight and then go from there, adding new measurements once a week and new weight once a month.
