We’re nearly at the end campers and we didn’t want to leave you without some survival skills if you run into a bear in the woods. We’re not going to pull any punches and we’re going to get you boxing (groan)!

  1. Straight punches – stand with your feet shoulder width apart and form loose fists with your hands. Punch out starting with your right arm at shoulder height, without locking your elbow and alternate.
  2. Hooks – stand with your feet shoulder width apart and form loose fists with your hands. Punch out starting with your right arm and punch towards the left twisting slightly at the waist and then alternate.
  3. Uppercut – stand with your feet shoulder width apart and form loose fists with your hands. Starting with your right arm, bend your knees slightly and twist to the left and punch upwards and left and then alternate.

For level one today, we want you to do 10 reps of each exercise and for level two, we want you to do 20 reps of each exercise.
