It’s over! You have to go home now! Another IGGPPCamp has come and gone. I can’t believe we’ve done THIRTEEN OF THESE! Make sure to swap info with your new friends and clear out your bunk before you leave!

CAMP IS ALL OF YOU. Whether you spend five minutes poking around the campgrounds or four months planning this by my side, your camp experience was important and just what it needed to be this year.
A huge thank you to all or our campers who dedicate so much of themselves to this silly little idea we had. To our new campers – WELCOME. We try to make camp a flexible experience that you can contribute as much or as little to. I hope you found what you needed and want to come back again next year! And thank you, thank you, to our returning campers for showing the new folks around and for loving this idea so much that you return year after year.
A MASSIVE SHOUT OUT to our counselors and activity leaders. Y’all bring so much energy, creativity, and passion to everything you do and are so dedicated to making camp a fun and welcoming week for everyone. Camp is many many hands working together and you are all so tolerant of my many many spreadsheets and forms to help me keep everything organized. Thank you for everything you do!
Big cheers to the IGGPPC staff who do so much and give so much time to this community! Y’all make all of this look so easy when I know you are also dealing with your own personal lives on top of this. We timezone so well together, and you are all a huge part my my life and what makes this community so great. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
And finally to my co-camp director Joanna: you are an amazing human being who juggles so much to give so much joy and happiness to everyone around you. Your passion for this community, for friendships, for geekiness, FOR SCIENCE inspires me everyday. Camp is BFWN and glitter bombs and inside jokes about ham rocks – and all of that is Joanna. I love love love you and wish I didn’t have to settle for sending you internet hugs from far away! Thank you for the fun days and the hard days! Thank you for everything you do! (Y’all be nice to her, she’s the only Joanna we get!!!)
So while IGGPPCamp will live on in our hearts all year round, it’s time for your camp staff to say good by for now. But not forever! Don’t forget, it’s almost time for Iggleween!
