Day 4 already campers! We hope you’re feeling the benefit of the IGGPPCamp Iggle Fitness boot camp and are enjoying our daily challenges!
Today’s challenge is cycling. Not everyone owns a bicycle so we are asking you to do an exercise that simulates being on a bike. Bicycle crunches are a great core workout and will work both your sides and your abs.
How to do a bicycle crunch
- Lie flat on your back and put your fingertips behind your ears (you can lace your fingers behind your head, but DO NOT pull your head up with your hands)
- Left your legs into the air and pull your knees towards your chest until they are in line with your hips and lift your shoulders off the floor.
- Straighten your right leg and bring you right elbow to your left knee.
- Alternate sides in a “pedalling” motion.
For level one today, complete 10 “pedals” on each side and for level two, complete 20 “pedals” on each side.
The picture we want to see @IggleFitness is your view from the floor, will we see your ceiling or are you outside and it’s a beautiful blue sky? Don’t forget to use the hash tags #IGGPPCamp #IggleFitness!
