Cecilia is a sweet and spicy sailor scout! A little chick with a big heart. She can most often be found with her nose in a book, usually of the sci/fi, fantasy genre. Cecilia is a Whovian, as well as alumni of House Slytherin, with a love for tattoos, Studio Ghibli, and Geocaching (or tree hugging)!! As a defender of animals with love for nature, some may call her hippie, but she does shower! This girl usually has ink on her hands and a smile on her face.
