Hello again! This week was too great of a week for nerd kind for me to not post a Treasure Box- from The X-Files being renewed, to the Ready Player One movie having Stephen Spielberg added on as its director, there’s a ton to celebrate this week! Here is all the best news, delivered straight to you. (It seems like there were a ton of awesome things going on in TV/movies this past week, so that seems to be the unplanned focus.)

Remembering Our First Pratchetts: A Tribute to Sir Terry via Paper Droids

This is a bit old, but I thought he still deserved a mention. Terry Pratchett passed away on March 12, after a long battle with early-onset Alzheimer’s.  While I haven’t read any of his works, he was a brilliant author whose talents will be missed.

Of Monsters and Men return with ‘Crystals’ via USA Today

I don’t remember how I stumbled upon Caitlyn’s art, but I’m sure glad I did. It’s like she’s drawn your high fantasy bad ass lady dreams. All of her pieces are gorgeous, but I ordered ‘Gwyn’ a few months ago and it’s even prettier in real life. For a relatively cheap price, treat yo self. You know you want a bad ass lady warrior hanging on your wall. She has colored and B & W prints available, and her service is really nice!
