Hiya, Iggles! I’m Regan.

As you may know, the New Year brought changes to the clubs within the IGGPPC. Due to these changes, the Cinema Club has now evolved into Iggle Flicks. It is still run by the amazing Kristy, but she has asked me to join her as a fellow coordinator. Being a lover of movies, I was super excited to come on board.

So, what can you expect from Iggle Flicks? Each month, Kristy and I will be hosting two movie watch-a-longs on the official Twitter account, @IggleFlicks. There will be two showings of each movie, as we want to cater to different time zones, so that more people around the world can participate. Sometimes we may have bonus watch-a-longs to coincide with major events or holidays.  As well as in this post, you can see the dates for all of our upcoming watch-a-longs on the calendar.

Can’t make it to a watch-a-long? Don’t worry about it! We will be posting discussion threads on the Movies section of the forums, so you will be able to chat about each month’s movies with your fellow Iggles there. Also, when you watch one of the two movies, even if you did not participate in the watch-a-long, you will get an achievement! And we all know how Iggles love their achievements. 😛

If you have any questions, you can get in contact with us through either Twitter (@IggleFlicks) or e-mail (iggleflicks@gmail.com).

Now, as you may have heard, this month is a big ‘un, because it is the IGGPPC’s second birthday on the 19th! Therefore, this month’s chosen movies include a significant character’s birthday. Read on for our March Movies.

Note: If you need a time zone converter for the watch-a-long dates, there is a handy online one, here.
