A grand hello to all of you, Iggle Gamers! Welcome to our very first blog post! Every month we are going work hard to bring some amazing game challenges, as well some other fun activities we are currently working out for you. If you have any suggestions or ideas, please let us know in the forum!

Every Month!

Every month, we will have a place for you to make suggestions for the challenge games. Don’t be shy- they will absolutely be considered! Also, every month we will work hard to cover all of the (common) consoles – PC/Xbox/Playstation/Wii/IOS/Andriod as well as at least one free game, if not more. We will also aim to have at least one MMO so Iggles can have the chance to connect and earn another achievement!
What games will we be playing? Well…

Diablo III
PC, Playstation and XBox      ||      MMO

The third instillation of this wonderful Blizzard game, 20 years after the events of Diablo 2 (You know, back from 2000. Be assured- Blizzard really took their time perfecting this game!) In the world of Sanctuary, Deckard Cain and his niece Leah are in New Tristram, investigating texts and scrolls of a mysterious property. A mysterious star falls from the heavens and into a deep crater that Deckard Cain disappears into and the dead begin to rise all over town. You play the Nephalem, (who comes in the form of a barbarian, a wizard, a demon hunter, a witch doctor or a monk) who comes to town seeking the fallen star. And from there your journey begins, taking you through 4 Acts (or 5 if you have the expansion “Reaper of Souls”) battling the Prime Evils and saving the world of Sanctuary.

Life is Strange
PC, Playstation, Xbox

Life is Strange is an episodic interactive drama adventure where you play Maxine Caulfeid, who has a nightmare of a lighthouse being destroyed by a tornado. She wakes up in the middle of class and excuses herself to the bathroom where she witnesses the murder of a girl. In a desperate moment, she rewinds time and is moved back to moments before. Knowing the outcome, she rescues the girl. The girl she saves turns out to be her childhood friend, Chloe Price. The two reconnect and take a walk that leads right to the lighthouse from her nightmare. It becomes clear that it wasn’t a nightmare at all but a vision of the storm approaching. And that’s just the first episode.
The first two episodes are currently available and the third will become available later this month.   Episodes are $4.99.

Plague Inc.

Awesome game but highly addictive, I warn you. In this game it is your job to infect the world, and then effectively wipe it out. You have 7 plague types – Bacteria, virus, fungus, parasite, prion, nano-virus, bio-weapon. You get to modify how it transmits, its sysmptoms and its abilities. You also have to beat the cure and infect everyone before it reaches 100%. Very challenging, lots of fun and very much free!

Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft

Hearthstone is an online collectible card game, developed by Blizzard (is there a trend here?). It revolves around turn-based matches between two opponents through Blizzard’s Battle.net. There are a number of game modes and regions.
Really awesome, check it out. Iggle recommended!

What can I get for playing all these games, you ask?
