Hello, Iggle Fitness fans. I can’t believe we are already in August! How is everyone doing with the fitness activities? Is everyone enjoying them?

This month’s challenge is a simple one and will allow you to participate in the Iggle Boot Camp during IGGPPCamp without having to double up.

The fitness side of the challenge is to choose one activity every day (it can be the same thing or something different every time) and do it for at least 20 minutes. We want you to send us pictures of you doing your thing @IggleFitness on Twitter, remembering to use #IggleFitness

As always, we also want you to feel better on the inside as well as the outside, and so in August we want you to have at least one piece of fruit a day. Yes, ideally you should have more, but it is a habit that you need to get into; starting with one is a great way to break yourself in gently. Send us your pics of what fruit you decide on each day and lets see who tries the most exotic!
