Welcome to April, Iggle Fitness Fans! This year is flying by so quickly. How are you doing with your fitness yearly goals so far? Did you set yourself any resolutions, and are you still following them? As we are now officially in spring, this month we will join the lambs and bunnies and skip around in celebration!
April Challenge
All you’ll need for this months challenge is a skipping rope and room to skip in. If you can skip outside, definitely do, and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.
Day 1
50 x feet together jumps
20 x side to side jumps
10 x high knee jumps
20 x skip jumps
Day 2
100 x feet together jumps
Day 3
40 x feet together jumps
10 x feet together high jumps
20 x side to side jumps
30 x skip jumps
Day 4
50 x feet together jumps
20 x side to side jumps
10 x high knee jumps
20 x skip jumps
Day 5
100 x feet together jumps
Day 6
40 x feet together jumps
10 x feet together high jumps
20 x side to side jumps
30 x skip jumps
Day 7
100 x feet together jumps
Repeat this throughout the month. If you want to increase your workout, level 2 would be 2 reps each day and level 3 would be 3 reps each day.
