Exercises To Make Your Body Anime Ready

Welcome to February’s Iggle Fitness challenge. This month we are working on making your body ready to survive (or enjoy) any anime you may wish to be a part of with anime inspired exercises. It will be hardcore and it will be worth it. Are you ready?!

OK good, lets go!

No matter what kind of anime you like, you know that for the most part the characters are all extremely fit and capable of extraordinary feats. You can be too!

We have two levels for the fitness challenge this month; we’d like you to choose a level and then stick to it all month.

Level One is to complete 2 sets of each day’s exercises.

Level Two is to complete 4 sets of each day’s exercises.

  • 20 Punches
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 Air Bike Crunches

Day 2

  • 20 Upward Elbow Cuts (Uppercuts)
  • 40 High Knees
  • 15 Jumping Jacks

Repeat the day’s exercises each week.

We will also be doing daily spot challenges on Twitter (which I will ensure hit the forum too) which will vary from quizzes to extra exercises, to eating your 5 (fruits and veggies!) a day. We would love to see as many people as possible joining in!

Let us know which level you are going to be completing and how you are doing throughout the weeks and month. We love hearing from you! Make sure you’re following us on Twitter @IggleFitness and come say hello.

If there’s anything you’d like us to concentrate on or anything you’d like to see over the year, please let us know either here in the comments or over on Twitter. I’ll also set up a dedicated section in the forum and will leave the link down below if that’s your preferred method of contact.
